National Careers Service offers impartial careers advice and guidance to fit your individual needs. We can help you find learning and training, develop your CV, improve your interview and presentation skills, understand the local job market and access relevant funding and benefits. My Career is a support service for 16 to 18 year olds who are not in education, employment or training. The programme supports participants to access apprenticeships, traineeships and courses. Download the flyer here.
Aim Higher supports long term unemployed residents of Hackney and Tower Hamlets into work, education or training. East End Homes Employment Advice at MaHa Buildings supports residents of East End Homes into training, voluntary and paid employment through professional advice and guidance on careers, study and training opportunities, CV writing, job search, interview skills and motivational training. ESOL classes provide bespoke support and training for unemployed people who are looking to find employment but are facing language and skills barriers.
Aim4Work is for people aged 25 and over, living with a common mental health condition (for example anxiety, stress, depression, OCD & panic disorders). You must be unemployed but interested and able to work. Download the flyer here.
