arteast unveils exciting new website

arteast reindeer 4 November 2009

The Bromley by Bow Centre’s creative arts enterprise arteast has unveiled its new website this week – www.arteast-works.com. To support arteast’s development as a social enterprise, the website is the new shop window for the products that the group create and sell.

This budding social enterprise exists to develop creative, social and business skills in individuals with learning and physical disabilities through collaborative working with art tutors and volunteers.

arteast members design, create and sell merchandising products including T-Shirts, bags, banners and shop displays. This year’s Christmas range includes hand-made wooden reindeer to buy or rent for display.

The group are currently looking for new members. If you know someone who is interested in art and would like to be part of this creative group, visit the website, email arteast@bbbc.org.uk or call 020 8709 9841 to find out more.
