Bromley by Bow Centre hosts first Tower Hamlets social prescribing network event

Bromley by Bow Centre is opening its church space to host an event on 1st March, 2017. The event is aimed at linking social prescribing practitioners from the GP Care Group funded pilot with pan-borough community services organisations to share best practice, build knowledge and provide networking opportunities.
A variety of talks at the first event will cover a GP/clinical perspective, monitoring outcomes for patients and a series of presentations from community organisations.
