GSL are a major international business which provide outsourcing and service support solutions for public authorities and corporate organisations worldwide.
The company has been a key partner of the Bromley by Bow Centre for many years and provides support through a diverse range of partnership projects. GSL are a key customer to our social enterprises and have helped us generate significant revenues through the provision of products and services. This has included placing orders with our landscaping business Green Dreams; including the contract to provide grounds maintenance to 26 schools and the commission to create a therapeutic garden at Mile End Hospital.
Additionally we have delivered a range of learning and employment solutions for GSL staff working in Tower Hamlets. In return we have contracted GSL to provide management support in facilities management and human resources. We are also grateful for the core support that GSL has provided the Centre through a generous donation toward the salary of the Chief Executive. This enables us to build our capacity to grow and develop our services strategically. This is further enhanced by consultancy support that we have provided to GSL and joint bidding for health contracts.
