Certificate in Social Prescribing

The Level Three Qualification is suitable for all social prescribing link workers and has particular benefits to those who are more experienced, have senior roles or who are emerging leaders of social prescribing that can innovate, develop and influence their social prescribing scheme.

The course consists of seven modules, each of which is taught through pre-recorded tutorials, three live interactive teaching sessions, online exercises and assignments. Each unit is studied over five weeks and the course is spread across 8-9 months

Delivery 

This course is delivered with our partners, University of East London and Conexus. This fully accredited Level Three Qualification is awarded by Certa, part of the Skills and Education Group

New courses for enrolment by individual and small groups of link workers start throughout the year.

Booking

This course can also be tailored to suit whole social prescribing teams and those seeking to gain an in-depth understanding of social prescribing and its approaches. This includes those working in primary care such as care coordinators, health and wellbeing coaches and those with frontline roles such as community navigators and other similar roles.
