Essential Skills and Knowledge for Social Prescribing Link Workers

This training is designed for both experienced and more recently employed link workers to gain an understanding of a broad range of topics that relate to social prescribing. There is considerable opportunity for reflection, discussion, sharing of knowledge and experiences.

This training is composed of 3 x 2h live sessions + 3 pre-recorded tutorials.

  • Supporting vulnerable people in the current context, including remotely  
  • Behaviour change and motivational interviewing approaches 
  • Peer supervision and reflective practice
