Drop in for support with applying for and managing benefits and grants such as:

Universal Credit
Child Benefit
Tax Credits
Housing Benefit & Council Tax Reduction
Free school meals and school clothing grants
Tower Hamlets Educational Maintenance Allowance and Tower Hamlets and Canary Wharf Further Education Trust grants
Blue badges and parking permits

We can also support you to:

Access online banking and set up Direct Debits and Standing Orders
Compare prices on services including energy, phone and internet
Notify the Council or benefit agencies of a change in circumstances
Calculate benefit entitlement and find out how welfare reform will affect you
Update your UC journal
Set up and access HomeSwapper and bid for social housing
