Join us this Mental Health Awareness Week to talk about what matters most to you and your mental health. 

On Thursday 16th May, from 12pm – 3pm you will have the opportunity in a group setting to openly talk about your mental health and how we can best support you and our community. There will also be two sessions showing you different ways of reconnecting with your body and mind:

Mindfulness session Рlearn relaxation tips and tricks you can try at home.

Movement class – get your body and mind connected.

If you would like to join simply head over to the Centre on Thursday 16th May and join us in The Main Hall.
