New year, new beginnings

This month we invite you to join us for an online community check-in and discussion on the common feelings we may be experiencing at the start of the New Year. We will reflect on the previous year together and consider hopes for the future and what is important to us. There will be practical support around goal setting and ways to manage our wellbeing, including looking at how to overcome any potential barriers.

This is an open group and will take place on zoom.
