Join us every Wednesday from 12.30 to 1pm for our new Mindfulness Group.
We will be offering basic mindfulness techniques and exercises, some that we will lead, others from popular apps and from online. It’ll be an opportunity for us to sit together and have a few moments of calm and focus in the middle of our hectic and busy weeks.
All are welcome – staff and community.
