Blow away the cobwebs at the beginning of each week with our Monday seated exercise sessions hosted at the Centre from 1.30 – 3.30 every Monday in February.
Classes are open to everyone over 18, however to stay Covid-safe, numbers are limited and booking is essential.
There will be a refreshment break in the middle of the session and time for a chat and a cuppa. For those who have built up a good appetite our on-site café provides delicious hot and cold lunches.
