COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS – To protect others, do not go to the GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital (unless specifically asked to come in). Stay at home.

If you have symptoms associated with coronavirus including a new continuous cough, fever, high temperature flu-like symptoms, new shortness of breath,  or have been in contact with anyone with a  diagnosis of covid-19 and you feel you are unable to self-manage, please use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do. Welcome to XX Place Health Centre. We are part of Bromley by Bow Health and we are committed to creating healthy communities.

We offer a full range of GP services. In addition you can access psychological services, drug treatment services, midwifery and health visiting services and specialist diabetic services. We also host fortnightly session for welfare advice and for the Bangladeshi Stop Tobacco Service.

Contact your local GP or health professional at XX Place Health Centre for a referral to your Social Prescriber or simply self-refer yourself.

Weds, Thurs, Fri: 8.00am – 6.30pm
Weekends: Closed

Note: We are closed once a month for PLT in the afternoons on either Tues or Thurs
