It takes a village
Over the summer and autumn of 2020, families across Tower Hamlets came together to dream about the best ways to raise our children. Designed by artist Frank Creber and supported by the ActEarly project at the Bromley by Bow Centre, we received over 150 submissions to one simple question: if it takes a village to raise a child – what would we put in the village?
