We are running free of charge food awareness and nutrition sessions at the Bromley by Bow Centre, open to everyone.
The courses are designed by, and with, community members to build knowledge and awareness for people and their families in food and nutrition for good health.
Held outdoors in our beautiful park (or under cover if it’s raining), you’ll be able to get answers to many questions around what makes a healthy diet and how to access quality ingredients on a budget. With so much conflicting information out there, you’ll also be able to find out the truth about nutrition and health from Centre staff, community experts and Health Champions.
The sessions present an opportunity to get together with others in a Covid-secure setting and enjoy learning more about food with like-minded people. Refreshments will be provided.
