Are you interested in learning about wellbeing, and helping others in your community become more healthy?

In January 2022, the Sports Inclusion team will be running the next Health Influencers online course as part of the Young Londoner’s programme.

The Health Influencers programme is for people aged 16-21 and will teach you about health and wellbeing as well as how to support and change the behaviours of others around you.

The course covers:

  • Fitness and diet
  • Sleep and wellbeing
  • Behaviour change
  • How to influence and motivate others
  • Communications skills

On completion, participants can gain the Active IQ Level 1 Award in Influencing Health and Wellbeing.

Course information

Starts Tuesday 11th January.
Open to people from all boroughs in London aged 16-21.
7 x 2-hour online classes that run on Tuesdays and Thursdays 4.00PM – 6.00PM (after school hours).
Classes are run online via Zoom. Participants will need a computer or tablet and access to the internet.

Places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
