Our sister organisation, Bromley by Bow Health Partnership has been awarded an innovative provider contract by NHS commissioners to deliver primary care GP services and population health initiatives in our area. The work will be in conjunction with the Bromley by Bow Centre charity, Mile End East and Bromley by Bow network (MEEBBB), the North and East London Health and Care Partnership and other stakeholders.

This contract for Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) extends the reach of the Bromley by Bow Health Partnership to four* health centres serving 50,000 local patients and provides a secure, long-term footing for expanded joint-working and population health approaches. These approaches consider the holistic needs of patients across a whole area and all the aspects required for good health including involving patients in the development of local services and community initiatives.
