Many of our services are still running effectively online and by phone. Some on-site support and advice, activities and small groups are being gradually re-introduced at the Centre to enable people to connect in person when required (subject to the latest Covid-19 restrictions).
Our priority has always been the health and well-being of our community and a safe working environment for our staff. Rather than a full-scale reopening, there will be a gentle re-introduction as we closely monitor the latest local situation and adhere to our public health responsibilities . Staff will be able to advise about the comprehensive measures taken to keep visitors safe.
Many services such as our health practices, social welfare advice and social prescribing services are supporting people remotely and inviting people in for consultations as required. This will continue for the Autumn period.
The park has been very important to the community during lockdown and our horticulture team are bringing the gardens up to scratch and getting them ready for Autumn. Our walking groups and some outdoor activities such as physical activities for families and family-friendly cycling are running. Bow Food Bank continues to operate on Mondays 8.30am – 12.30pm.
