Our social welfare advice team are working hard to provide the timely help that many people need.

Due to coronavirus and its potential risks, there are no drop-in advice sessions. Instead, we offer assistance by phone, online and Covid-safe, face-to-face appointments. These are pre-arranged and booked for you by our team of social welfare advisors. Bengali and English are spoken.
