Join us at the Bromley by Bow Centre for our Community Wellbeing and Social Prescribing Week, 7th – 11th March. Everyone is welcome to come for as long as they like or you can just drop in for a session. Our Welcome Hub Team will be on site to welcome and guide you.

What's on

We have finalised the programme for an exciting week of activities, connection and support at the Centre, with each day focusing on a different theme.

Monday 7th March – Food for the body and Soul

Food and essentials, nutrition advice, social prescribing and Monday Movers.

Tuesday 8th March – Money bills and budgets

Find out about energy advice, benefits and debt advice and money management, join a tour of the Centre and celebrate International Women’s Day.

Wednesday 9th – Skills, connection and confidence

Find out about creative skills, gardening and horticulture, English classes, digital skills and join our parents and carers coffee morning.

Thursday 10th – Community health and wellbeing

Celebrate Social Prescribing Day, join in with a tea and chat about mental health, Zumba and fun, activities for families.

Friday 11th – Relax into the weekend

Find out about the Globe Community Project, try a taster with Chickenshed Theatre, join our LGBTQIA+ coffee afternoon.
