E3 Breakfast events, pioneered by the Centre and now run Tower Hamlets-wide, provide a way for voluntary sector organisations and community services of all types and size to meet informally and keep each other up to date about services, support and activities being offered to people in the borough.

A friendly and informal space is provided for local service providers and those running groups to come and share what they are doing. The events help strengthen joint working and build a ‘live-directory’ of effective Tower Hamlets community services. This ensures people access the most appropriate support available to them.

The next event is on Friday 13th May at 10am in person at the Centre.  It will focus on mental health support and face-to-face groups that are happening in the community during Mental Health Awareness Week.

If you want to contribute information about services you know of, or if you run a service and want to promote it, please come along.

If you want to register to attend or speak about your service please email the3breakfast@gmail.com or amy.jones@bbbc.org.uk
