E3 Breakfast events, pioneered by the Centre and now run Tower Hamlets-wide, provide a way for voluntary sector organisations and community services to meet informally and keep each other up to date about services, support and activities being offered to people in the borough.
A friendly and informal space is provided for local service providers and those running groups to come and share what they are doing. The events help strengthen joint working and build a ‘live-directory’ of effective Tower Hamlets community services. This ensures people access the most appropriate support available to them.
The next event is on 21st July (a little later than breakfast time). It will take place online and focus on mental health support and face-to-face groups that are happening in the community.
If you want to contribute information about services you know of, or if you run a service and want to promote it, please let us know.
The next meeting is being run by Tower Hamlets Social Prescribing Networks 5 and 6.
If you want to register to attend or speak about your service please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Autumn E3 breakfast will be in September and is being planned as a face-to-face event.

Our group of inspirational carers have restarted their coffee group and would like to invite others in need of connection and good conversation to join them.
