During lock down and when practicing social distancing, it’s important to look after our physical and mental wellbeing. As a Centre, our approach is holistic. Keeping well is not only about being active – we also need to get enough sleep, eat healthy food and stay connected to our friends and family.

Our Inclusive Sports team has put together some useful tips and guidance to help during these challenging times. These include online tutorials, downloadable recipes, information and advice from national and local organisations, and much more.

Resources are organised by theme: physical activity, mental wellbeing, sleep, healthy eating and alcohol – all factors that have an impact on our overall health.

Also included are some ‘offline’ resources for those who don’t have access to WiFi or a personal computer, which can be printed out and delivered to a neighbour in need.
