Monday Movers – Pilates

Blow away the cobwebs at the beginning of the week with the return of our Monday Movers sessions hosted at the Centre from 2pm-3pm.

Our new Pilates sessions will take place on the following Mondays in May and June at the Bromley by Bow Centre:

May 9th
May 16th
May 30th
June 6th
June 13th
June 27th

Come along to our welcoming, fun, safe and accessible sessions. Attendance is free, open to all abilities and are focused on having fun and getting moving with great company.

There will be a refreshment break in the middle of the session and time for a chat and a cuppa. For those who want to prepare with some sustenance, our on-site café provides delicious hot and cold lunches.

Attendees will:

  • Improve physical and mental wellbeing
  • Meet new friends

To join a class you must:

  • Be aged 18 years and over
  • Live in Tower Hamlets

Monthly Cooking and Company

Get together with other adults with disabilities and their carers in a small group to learn how to cook tasty recipes that can be tried at home.

Sessions cost £1.50 each and take place from 1.30pm to 3.30pm at the Bromley by Bow Centre on the following Mondays in 2022:

23rd May – Stir fry
20th June – Healthy pizza
18th July – Grilled chicken and salad
22nd August – Summer skewers
26th September – Moroccan stew
17th October – Pumpkin soup
21st November – Fancy fishcakes
