The Centre’s social prescribing team has been collaborating with the Healthy London Partnership, over recent years to support the growth of social prescribing (SP) across London.
We are excited to share a series of short films on a variety of subjects that may be of interest to people interested from different perspectives; link workers, people interested in being supported by social prescribing or those commissioning services.
