Our group of inspirational local carers and parents would like to invite individuals and families in need of connection and good conversation to join them.

The Covid pandemic has been difficult for many people, especially those who have been shielding and may feel isolated. For those looking after a family member who cannot cope without their support, the coming together with others has provided an important break with fun and laughter.

Sharing the experience with others over coffee and activities is proving beneficial for attendees wellbeing.  In March, lots of people came.  We made creative photo albums one attendee said: ‘This is the first time I have felt relaxed in three years’

When: 10am – 12noon
Where: The Welcome Hub at the Bromley by Bow Centre, E3 3BT

All are very welcome.

The next coffee morning will be held on Wednesday 13th April 2022, 10.00-12pm in the Welcome Hub. We will be running a gardening session on seed planting and pruning and embracing and enjoying our outdoors space together in Bob’s Park.
