Over 120 people joined us and local community organisations to discuss the cost of living crisis, to gather information, resources and tips, learn about their rights and ask questions of our speakers.  They also enjoyed food and connection with each other during this difficult period.

Panel members included Limehouse Project, MIND in Tower Hamlets, Well One, Tower Hamlets Council, Welfare and Energy Advice, Social Prescribers and Bow Foodbank.
