Our annual celebration of art in our community by the Centre’s resident artists includes an online collection from each of our resident artists.

Browse art work including paintings, sculpture, stained glass and ceramics by five community artists; Frank Creber Paula Haughney, Murude Mehmet, Sheenagh McKinlay, Margy Creber and Paul Shaw.

Many beautiful pieces are available to purchase in time for Christmas – beautiful and touching gifts that can be sent during a time when many people can’t be together. And, a proportion of income from each artist goes towards our community services and support at the Centre.

The artists themselves will ensure pieces are dispatched safely to reach their destinations.

There will also be an opportunity to visit some of the studios and meet resident artists Murude Mehmet (ceramics) and Paula Haughney (sculpture) who will be hosting guests safely and selling their work.

Murude says:

“It’s been a difficult year for community artists but we would encourage people to come and visit on 5th or 6th of December where cosy studios, beautiful art and a warm welcome awaits”.

To register your interest in the Open Studios, email Murude.Mehmet@bbbc.org.uk or Paula.Haughney@bbbc.org.uk.
