During mental health awareness week, we are hosting a lunch at the Centre. Everyone is welcome.

You will meet lots of people from our local area and learn more about mental health and how to boost your mood and wellbeing.

Tuesday 16th May 11am – 2pm – drop in, bring a friend

  • Experts will be on hand with details with local services and activities you may not know about that support your mental health. They will share learning from recent research.
  • We would also like to know about your experience of accessing services and resources to support your mental health and ways you have developed to manage your own wellbeing.
  • We will be engaging people in fun and creative activities too, guaranteed to lift your mood and send you home with a smile on your face.

While you’re here, you can enjoy our lovely park and gardens.
