Active Health: boxercise

The Active Health programme is a series of exercise classes that focus on mental wellbeing. Our twelve week non-contact Boxercise class is free, and is aimed at you having fun, making new friends and benefiting physically on a long-term basis.

When & where?

Fridays from 1-2pm at the Bromley by Bow Centre.

Who is it for?

Open to Tower Hamlets residents aged 18 and above, living with a mental health condition. Male and female participants of all abilities are welcome.

What you’ll be doing

Join our twelve week non-contact Boxercise class taking place at the Bromley by Bow Centre. Sessions are free, open to all abilities and take place in a warm and welcoming venue. Sessions are aimed at you having fun, making new friends and benefiting physically on a long-term basis.

During the programme, you will:

  • Learn new skills
  • Improve your physical and mental wellbeing
  • Meet new friends
  • Become more physically and socially active in the long-term

To join this class you must:

  • Be aged 18 years and over
  • Live in Tower Hamlets
  • Be living with a mental health condition
