Health and wellbeing group

Our Health and Wellbeing group offers a wide range of exercise activities that are designed to encourage our members to establish an improved pattern of regular aerobic exercise and awareness of nutrition, health and wellbeing.

Regular aerobic exercise – the kind that raises your heart rate and causes you to break a sweat – and muscle-strengthening exercise is important for all adults.

Whatever your preferences and level of physical ability, the Health and Wellbeing group has something for everyone, in a class that improves heart health and muscle strength through movement, music, activity and fun!
