Taking place every Thursday morning, our yoga sessions incorporate breathing, stretches and seated exercises to gently release tension and strengthen muscles. Our yoga mornings are led by Damaris Booth, an experienced teacher who trained at Triyoga, one of London’s leading yoga centres. Damaris’ classes are adapted to suit members of all ages and abilities, and her calm and mindful approach ensure that sessions have an open and welcoming atmosphere. The second part of each session involves shoulder and hand massage with scented creams.
