Our energy advice service offers free, impartial and confidential advice for people who are struggling to pay their gas, electricity or water bills to help you keep your home warm, stay on top of your bills and save money.
We run on-line, phone and face-to-face sessions. Please contact us for more information.
Our service is open to people from Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Newham and neighbouring boroughs.

East End Energy Fit
Our East End Energy Fit team offer free of charge, expert advice on a wide range of issues including help to understand and manage your energy bills.
We can help you to:
- Understand bills, meter readings and your rights
- See if you are eligible for any discounts or special schemes
- Set up affordable payments plans
- Apply for grants to clear your debt (subject to meeting eligibility criteria and funding)
