Social Prescribing for health and wellbeing
The Bromley by Bow Centre is one of the early pioneers of social prescribing, a service that is now available across London and in many parts of the UK.
Health and wellbeing are affected by many factors. Our social prescribing link workers can give you time to explore issues and challenges, discuss what’s important to you and they can link you with services and activities to support you in your local community.
