The Macmillan Social Prescribing Service will put you in touch with local services and activities to help you get back on track following a cancer diagnosis.

Who is it for?

The service is open to anyone aged over 18, who has ever had a cancer diagnosis, and is a resident of Tower Hamlets, Newham, Hackney or Waltham Forest.

What you’ll be doing

We have partnered with Macmillan Cancer Support to improve the wellbeing of people living with and beyond cancer in Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Newham and Waltham Forest.
