Meet the artist: Margy
Artist and a Children’s Centre Manager
Margy Creber is an artist and a Children’s Centre Manager in Tower Hamlets. She has been living on a Narrowboat on the River Lea for the last five years. As a founding artist of the Bromley by Bow centre, Margy has lived with her family and worked in east London for 35 years.
Margy paints from observation and memory. Horse riding experiences have led the Horse Motifs in some of the paintings. The flower and the swan paintings are made from life.
