The Bromley by Bow Centre is a vibrant community centre in the heart of Tower Hamlets. The Centre is a charity with a national and international reputation for its innovative work in inspiring and empowering the people from the local community, using a unique model of integration. It supports over 2,000 people each month. The Bromley by Bow Centre provides a range of advice services under three broad themes of social welfare advice, financial capability and energy advice.

The Centre is looking to recruit an Advice Programme Manager to join its dynamic advice team. The successful candidate will have full management responsibility for developing, planning, implementing and managing the Advice Service with a budget of approximately £700,000. They will have responsibility for ensuring that the service meets its financial, delivery and quality targets and outcomes. The Programme Manager will manage a staff team of seventeen. They will be expected to develop and grow the service in line with the Bromley by Bow Centre’s strategy, mission and vision. The role is a significant one in supporting the Centre’s growth and developing our advice provision. Joining a service delivery management team, you will bring your skills and expertise ensuring the service is responsive to the changing needs of local residents and funders, increasing demand on the service, and reflects a culture of innovation and creativity.
