The Bromley by Bow Centre is a vibrant community centre in the heart of Tower Hamlets. The Centre is a charity with a national and international reputation for its innovative work in inspiring and empowering the people from the local community, using a unique model of integration. It supports over 2,000 people each month.

Why is this job so important

This role requires a passionate, enthusiastic and driven individual to engage people onto the Bromley by Bow Centre’s employment focused programmes. We are looking for a Project Manager with the desire to help people to engage with the Creative Sector to learn new skills, complete training and find employment both within the Creative Sector and wider.

We are looking for someone who has the experience of working with all ages and has the skills to build new networks within the Creative Sector. In this role you will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, planning, implementation and delivery of the Creative Sector employment focused programme. Using a client focused model you will also work in accordance to set targets to place clients into sustainable employment, providing quality careers, information advice and guidance. The post holder will demonstrate experience of delivering successful approaches to the co-design and development of employability working with and alongside employment advisors, participants and the Employment and Community Learning Programme Manager.
