The Bromley by Bow Centre is a dynamic and innovative charity operating in East London. Over the past 30 years it has transformed the lives of people who come from some of the most deprived estates in the UK.
We are looking for a Programme Support Officer who is motivated by empowering those most vulnerable in society to lead healthy and independent lives. Your role will be to coordinate and support the operational delivery of both programmes. You will be first point of contact to welcome and encourage people on to the programme and support them throughout. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our programme’s data, from registering new clients and tracking attendance at sessions to following up for feedback to evaluate the services and supporting onto other opportunities within their community.
We believe that being a diverse organisation that is truly committed to being anti-racist will create the best outcomes for the community we work with. We are therefore actively seeking applicants from ethnic minority backgrounds and the LGBTQ+ community for this role.
