The Bromley by Bow Centre is a vibrant community centre in the heart of Tower Hamlets. The Centre is a charity with a national and international reputation for its innovative work in inspiring and empowering the people from the local community, using a unique model of integration. It supports over 2,000 people each month.

This role will be pivotal to our Insights team’s development. Our Evidence into Practice project aims to embed the charity’s outcomes into all aspects of its evaluation, learning and measurement. Meanwhile, we have active research projects and partnerships with multiple universities and funders. A Research and Evaluation Manager will oversee the growth of this work.

The successful candidate will embed an evaluation framework for the Bromley by Bow Centre, in partnership with the Bromley by Bow Health Partnership, in a participatory and developmental way, and using a change management approach. You will work with the Director of Insights and other key stakeholders to develop the strategy and approach to the evaluation programme across the Bromley by Bow Centre.
