The Bromley by Bow Centre is a vibrant community centre in the heart of Tower Hamlets. The Centre is a charity with a national and international reputation for its innovative work in inspiring and empowering people from the local community, using a unique model of integration. It supports over 2,000 people each month.

We are seeking a Social Prescribing Link Worker.

The Bromley by Bow Social Prescribing service aims to increase people’s connection with others and their local community and empower them to take control of their own health and wellbeing.

The Link Worker will focus on what matters to the individual and take a holistic approach, connecting people to local initiatives and services for practical and emotional support.

The Link Worker will be embedded in the Bromley by Bow Centre and Health Partnership Integrated Social Prescribing team.
