Social Prescribing Town Hall – London Dec 2020

It has been an extremely testing year for many, and in the process of supporting those most at risk of covid, and most affected by the restrictions imposed to keep people safe, Social Prescribing has come into its own in primary care settings, with Social Prescribing Link Workers working tirelessly on the frontline. Keen to create a sense of togetherness for those working in social prescribing across the London region, we hosted the inaugural ‘Town Hall’ style event for Social Prescribing in London. Primarily focused at Link Workers, but bringing together the wider social prescribing system, we reflected on the challenges, celebrated the impact, and discussed how social prescribing will thrive going forward.
