Measuring What Matters to Communities: Bromley by Bow Outcome Measurement

This webinar was held on 26 May 2021 and intended for anyone working in primary care or Voluntary and Community Sector programme delivery and routine client/patient outcome measurement.

Bromley by Bow researchers and practitioners shared their experience of Measuring What Matters to Communities and outcome measurement data capture at Bromley by Bow.

We discussed:

• data capture and use
• challenges we have come across and how we have handled them
• our future plans

The session was introduced by Jane South, Bromley by Bow Outcome Measurement Advisory Group Chair, Professor of Healthy Communities at the Institute for Health & Wellbeing at Leeds Beckett University, national adviser on healthy communities for Public Health England.

This was an interactive session with a Q and A, and an opportunity to share outcome measurement aspirations and challenges.
